Digital Products

  1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once the download link has been provided.

Criteria: Refunds for digital products (e.g., software, ebooks, digital art, check digital product definitions.) are available under the following circumstances:

o   Unavailability: If the digital product cannot be accessed or downloaded despite reasonable attempts and assistance from our support team.

  1. Refund Process

  • Contact: Contact our customer support team at support@notionbeast.com immediately of purchase or download.

  • Verification: Provide proof of purchase and details explaining why a refund is requested.

  • Resolution: We will investigate your claim and notify you of the eligibility status of your refund within 5 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method or store credit as agreed upon.

  1. Non-eligibility

  • Change of Mind: We do not typically offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product unless required by consumer law.

  • Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if it is determined that the digital product has been accessed, used, or downloaded after purchase.

Physical Products

  1. Refund Eligibility

  • Criteria: Refunds for physical products (e.g., finished, not produced after an order is placed, merchandise, printed books) are available under the following circumstances:

    • Damaged or Defective: If the physical product arrives significantly damaged or defective.

    • Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect product different from what was ordered.

    • Non-delivery: If the product does not arrive within the specified timeframe and cannot be traced.

  1. Refund Process

  • Contact: Contact our customer support team at support@notionbeast.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Return: Arrange for the return of the product in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Verification: Provide proof of purchase and details explaining the reason for return.

  • Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the eligibility status of your refund within 5 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method or store credit as agreed upon.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  1. Non-eligibility

  • Change of Mind: We do not typically offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

  • Personalized Items: Refunds will not be provided for personalized or non-standard products, unless they are defective or incorrect.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Products are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, and health reasons or any other reason due to its nature.

Return and Refund Policy for Customized, Print-on-Demand, and Produce-on-Demand, Made-to-order Products.

At Notion Beast, we strive to provide high-quality customized and print-on-demand products. Our POD products are fulfilled by our selected high quality printing company or manufacturer with great reputation. Since each order is uniquely made just for you, we have specific policies regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for our customized, print-on-demand, and produce-on-demand, made-to-order products, which are made to your specifications. Please review carefully before purchasing.

1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our customized, print-on-demand, and produce-on-demand products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, as required by the ACL.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations

  • As customized, print-on-demand, and produce-on-demand products are made to order, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or sent for production.

  • Our automated production processes begin shortly after order placement. If you need to cancel due to an error in your order, you must do so immediately through your account before production starts. Cancellations via email are not accepted to ensure timely processing.

  • You may update the shipping address before the order is dispatched by contacting our customer service team at support@notionbeast.com. The new address must be in the same country as the original.

Modifications

  • If you need to modify your order (e.g., design, size, or materials), contact us immediately at support@notionbeast.com. Modifications are not possible once production has begun.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take care to ensure secure packaging, but damage may occur during transit. If your customized, print-on-demand, or produce-on-demand product arrives significant damaged, defective, or does not match the agreed specifications, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@notionbeast.com with your order number.

  • Provide clear photos of the product showing the issue (e.g., printing errors, incorrect personalization, or manufacturing defects) and a detailed description.

  • We recommend accepting the shipment even if the packaging is damaged, as this helps us expedite resolution. Take photos of any visible damage to the packaging or product for documentation.

·        If you refuse the shipment, we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us before we can start to arrange the replacement.

Our team will review your case promptly and work towards providing a suitable solution. Our priority is to ensure your satisfaction, and we are committed to addressing any shipping-related concerns efficiently. By following these steps and providing the necessary documentation, we will be able to assist you in resolving any issues with your order in a timely manner.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes. However, if your package is significantly delayed, contact us at support@notionbeast.com, and we will assist.

  • If tracking shows no updates for 15 days for shipments within Australia, we will investigate and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

·        Refunds are only available for significantly delayed or lost shipments, or for damaged/incorrect products, (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either cases we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Under the ACL, we are not required to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Customer Errors: Mistakes made during ordering, such as incorrect sizes, materials, colors, designs, or misspelled custom text, are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  • Minor Variations: Due to the nature of print-on-demand and produce-on-demand manufacturing, slight variations in color, print alignment, or size may occur and are not grounds for a refund.

    Return and refund will not be accepted for the following conditions, which are considered normal characteristics of handcrafted fine art products:

    Color variations between screen display and physical print due to monitor calibration and printing processes.

    Minor variations in print alignment and sizing.

    Frame materials showing slight marks, scratches, or finish variations at corners and non-visible areas.

    Colored frames (black, white, brown, etc.) exhibiting minor initial color fading, which stabilizes over time.

    Canvas prints displaying slight texture variations, edge whiteness, or minor corner creasing.

    Glass/perspex containing minor dust particles or fine surface scratches not visible from normal viewing distance.

    Minor assembly variations including hairline gaps at corners (under 1mm).

    These variations are inherent qualities of fine art products and do not constitute defects.

    Refunds are only processed for: significant shipping damage, major production errors, incorrect items shipped, or structural defects affecting product integrity.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If you provide an incorrect address and the item is undelivered, we are not responsible.

  • Change of Mind: As customized, print-on-demand, and produce-on-demand products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please review all details carefully before confirming your purchase.

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

  • If a return is required for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of approval, and we will cover return shipping costs for ACL-eligible issues.
