· Customized Products: Items that are specifically tailored to a customer's preferences, produced only after an order is placed, including personalized text, colors, designs, or modifications. Due to their unique nature, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.
· Print-on-Demand Products (POD): Products that are printed or manufactured only when an order is received (produced only after an order is placed), reducing waste and inventory storage. These items are created based on the customer’s selections and cannot be refunded for change of mind.
· Produce-on-demand Products (POD): refers to custom-made physical goods (e.g., furniture, jewelry) manufactured to a customer’s specifications only after an order is placed. Unlike print-on-demand, which applies designs to pre-existing items, produce-on-demand involves crafting the entire product from scratch, with no pre-made inventory. Products are non-returnable for change of mind but eligible for remedies under Australian Consumer Law if damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Digital Products includes but not limited:
· Digital Art: Artwork created using digital technology, often stored in digital formats such as JPEG, PNG, or PSD files.
· Digital Books (eBooks): Books published and distributed electronically, readable on computers, tablets, e-readers, or smartphones.
· Digital Music: Recorded music distributed in digital formats, including MP3, WAV, or FLAC files, available for download or streaming.
· Digital Videos: Video content distributed electronically, including movies, TV shows, tutorials, and other video media available for download or streaming.
· Software: Programs and applications designed for use on computers, tablets, or smartphones, available for download or purchase.
· Photography: Digital photographs or images available in electronic formats for viewing, printing, or download.
· Games and Apps: Digital interactive software applications, including mobile apps, video games, and educational programs.
· Courses and Educational Content: Digital courses, tutorials, webinars, and educational materials available for online learning and download.
· Templates and Designs: Digital templates, design assets, graphic elements, and layouts for use in creative projects.

4. Download and Delivery (Digital Products)
Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link to access your digital product.
Download Link: The download link will be active for 3 days with download limits from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to download the product within this period.
File Format: Digital products are provided in specific file formats as described on the product page. Ensure that you have the necessary software to access the files.
5. Returns and Refunds
Physical Products: Products (non-customized) can be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition and packaging. For detailed return instructions, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once the download link has been provided.
Customized and POD (print-on-demand/produce-on-demand) Products: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized or items that are produced only after an order is placed, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Defective Products: If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact our customer service team at support@notionbeast.com within 3 days of purchase.
